Good morning Winston Ridge Residents.
As a reminder, the 2018 annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 28th at 6:30pm at Oak Level Christian Church (address: 2279 Cedar Creek Road, Youngsville, NC 27596).
This meeting is an opportunity for open discussions and updates regarding the Winston Ridge Homeowners Association. If you have specific topics or questions about the community that you wish to discuss, please email them to me before the meeting so we can be sure to cover them.
In order to keep the meeting as organized as possible, if you have questions during the meeting, we would ask that you wait to be recognized and will then you will have two minutes to ask you question. Please be courteous to your neighbors and remember to refrain from speaking out of turn.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your individual property, you can email me as well, however, they will not be discussed at the annual meeting. The annual meeting is reserved for association topics only.
As a reminder, you can visit the community website at https://emp.cincweb.com/?a=139 to view your governing documents. You can also register your account to login for additional information and to make secure payments. I would encourage all owners to review the CC&Rs and all amendments.
