Architectural Review Committee

Mission: The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) is to review any and all Architectural Review Requests submitted to the Association. The ARC helps the Community maintain property values by keeping the aesthetics of land and structures in accordance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions established in the governing documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Architectural Review Committee shall have the authority to review and act on  applications for modifications, additions, or alterations made on or to Lots.  
• The Architectural Review Committee shall present all modifications to the Architectural and Community Guidelines to the Board for review and approval before their effective date for ease of enforcement. 
• The Architectural Review Committee shall consist of recorded lot owners only, no renters shall serve on the Architectural Review Committee. 
• The Architectural Review Committee shall consist of three homeowners in good standing with the HOA.
