2024 Winston Ridge Pool Rules
All people using the pool and pool area do so at their own risk. The Winston Ridge Homeowners’ Association assumes no liability or responsibility for any accidents resulting in injuries or the death of anyone using the facility. Furthermore, the Association assumes no liability or responsibility for damage to or loss of any personal property.
The Franklin County Department of Health may conduct random safety inspections without notice or advanced warning. They have the authority to close the pool for a minimum of three days if there is a violation of any ordinance pertaining to the pool or the pool area. If the County should find our entrance gates propped open, glass anywhere in the pool area or pets in the pool area, they are also at liberty to close the pool. If the pool is closed by the County for any reason due to the actions of a homeowner or homeowners, their children, or guests, those owners and residents of the home will lose their pool privileges for the remainder of the pool season and will be responsible for any and all costs associated with reopening the pool.
Pool Hours: 9:00am – 10:00pm, Monday – Sunday during pool season
