Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners,
As a reminder, your quarterly assessment of $137.50 will be charged on April 1, 2024, and is due on or before April 20, 2024. Please begin to make arrangements to send in your payments to avoid late charges being assessed to your account.
Statements for the Winston Ridge community have been printed and mailed. As a reminder, the homeowners who receive statements are those with a balance due as of 4/1/2024. If a homeowner has a zero balance or a credit to their account as of 4/1/202, they will not receive a statement. If the homeowner is signed up for eStatements, ACH or at the Attorneys office for collection, they will not receive a paper statement.
