Good Afternoon Winston Ridge Homeowner,

I hope this email finds you well. It has been brought to my attention that several homeowners have reported not receiving their quarterly statements that were mailed on March 5, 2025. While some did receive them, others did not. I can assure you they were mailed out as numerous homeowners have mailed their April payments in with the payment coupon portion from their statement. 

I understand that not receiving the statement can cause some frustration, and so that you do not have to rely on the postal service in the future, I have a recommendation.

You will want to log into your account and click on “My Property Information” and then on “My Profile”. When the page opens under My Profile, locate the “Communicaton” tab which is found beside of the Account Details tab. Open the Communication tab and toggle the button to RECEIVE ESTATEMENTS located directly under telephone numbers. Once that button is toggled, you will receive your quarterly statements via email, so whether you are one of the lucky ones to receive the mailed one or not, you will always receive one electronically.
