Good Afternoon Winston Ridge Homeowner,
We hope this email finds you well. We want to let you know that we have had the Plantation pool hours violated, with costs incurred to maintain the pool after the incident. It was discovered by our CPI cameras what appears to be 3-4 teenage individuals entering and swimming in the pool after hours on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at approximately 11:30pm. We do have pictures provided by CPI and before providing them to the Sheriff’s office, we would love any information the community may have. If you or anyone in your family have any information on this incident or the 3-4 individuals please reach out to Elite, a member of the Board or Winston Ridge Pool Committee. You can call or email, and please know that all information you share with us will remain anonymous.
We can’t continue to allow this to happen, especially when violators are causing property damage. We are working diligently to identify these individuals. If you have any information, please reach out to us. We hope you have a great day!
