We would like to take the time to thank all of the residents that are helping to keep Winston Ridge a beautiful place to call home.
In addition, there are some things in the community that could be improved.
Please remember that as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s waste immediately after each occurrence. Pet waste is unsightly and a health hazard to residents and other animals. At no time should you allow your pet to roam freely in the community. If at any time you witness this occurring or you notice any homeowners not cleaning up after their pet(s), please contact me immediately.
This has become a problem especially by the pool area. If this issue continues, we will be considering the following program http://www.pooprints.com.
Also, when parking your vehicles, please note that parking on the grass, medians and sidewalks is prohibited. Adequate off street parking is provided at each Lot and should be utilized when possible. Street parking is discouraged and residents should make all efforts to park their vehicles in their driveway. In addition, please refrain from parking vehicles in front of driveways, mailboxes and stop signs.
