Please be reminded that the North Carolina state law only allows personal use of minor fireworks such as sparklers unless a permit is obtained. Please be safe and respectful of neighbors with any fireworks used during the upcoming holiday.
Regarding pets, please make sure that you are cleaning up pet waste immediately after each occurrence and that they are not allowed to roam freely in the community. Additionally, pets are NOT allowed in the pool area at any time. The health department will close the pool immediately if this is discovered.
A few other things to remember when utilizing the pool area:
If you are the last resident to leave the pool area, please make sure that the umbrellas are closed and lights are turned off.
Under no circumstances should you allow anyone into the pool area if you do not know them and they do not have a Pool Fob.
All guests MUST be accompanied by a Winston Ridge resident.
Please refrain from trespassing on neighboring properties when walking to the pool.
If you do not have a pool fob, please contact me to obtain one.
