Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners,
The pool parking lot is primarily to be used by/for visitors of the pool. Homeowners are allowed to have their guests temporarily park there to avoid an overabundance of vehicles being parked on the street; however, vehicles that appear to be abandoned in the pool parking lot will be towed at the owner’s expense. This includes vehicles that have not moved in over 14 days as well as vehicles that appear inoperable (flat tire, severe body damage, etc.).
