We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to share some important updates and decisions from the Board meeting held last week.
- Landscaping Contract: After reviewing three competitive offers for landscapers, including our current landscaper who was priced in the middle of the two others. The Landscaping committee found that the other vendors were less responsive. Consequently, the landscaping Committee recommended that the Board renew the landscaping contract with Pope’s Lawn Care. The Board voted in favor of the Committee’s recommendation We believe this decision best meets our community’s needs.
- Volunteer Engagement: The Board will be reaching out to the respondents of the recent survey who indicated a willingness to help or volunteer. We will discuss with them how they would like to contribute and in what capacity they can be most effective. The full results of the survey are now posted on our website for everyone to view.
- Annual Meeting: Please mark your calendars for our annual meeting, which is set for Wednesday, September 18th, at Faith Baptist Church at 7:00 pm. We look forward to seeing many of you there and discussing the ongoing and future initiatives for our community.
Additionally, the minutes from this recent Board meeting will be available on the website next month, after they have been received and approved by the Board.
