To our Winston Ridge Friends and Neighbors:
We are thankful for each of you and the great neighborhood in which we live.
We hope everyone has a wonderful time with family and friends over the Thanksgiving holiday.
We also wanted to let everyone know as quickly as possible so that you have time to adjust schedules, if necessary, that we have made a slight change to the Christmas Parade, Cookie Exchange, and Santa Visit schedule.
Rather than starting with the cookie exchange, the parade will be held first. It will start at 3:30 pm at the Plantation Pool. Lineup for the parade will begin at 3:00 pm. Remember that no cars will be allowed in the parade but you can have a golf cart that is street legal and properly insured.
The cookie exchange and visit with Santa will follow the Christmas Parade at the Plantation Poolhouse.
Given that it is getting dark so early this time of the year, we believe this will be safer for all participants in the parade or observing the parade. On the parade day, the sunset is approximately 5:00 p.m.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding. We just want to do all that we can to make sure that everyone has the happiest and safest holidays possible.
