Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners,
The Plantation Drive pool will now open at 7:00 am. Early access is only available to residents that wish to swim laps or otherwise exercise early in the morning before leisure pool users visit the pool.
The extended pool hours will be on a trial basis. If there are complaints or issues that arise, the Board may revisit the decision to open early. If you wish to access the pool for early swim, please fill out the form below.

The pool will still close at 9:00 PM. All pool visitors must exit the pool promptly at 9 o’clock. If you do not exit the pool area, you may set off the security alarms. The Listeria Crest pool will still operate from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Also, we would like to extend a huge thank you to Chris Greco for his donation of the flag pole that is now installed at the new pool. THANK YOU!
We have had other neighbors ask in the past if there was anything they could do to contribute to Winston Ridge. We’re looking to acquire 4 picnic tables to be placed outside the pool area for use on Wednesday Food Truck days in addition to family dining needs. The cost is $130 per table and we will mark the table to memorialize your gift. If you are interested in donating, please reach out to Elite Management and we will forward your email to the appropriate party. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
