Towing Sign at the Plantation Pool – Updated

The HOA Board was not aware of the installation of this sign and we are looking into it. Update: The sign placed at the Plantation pool was requested by the community manager (Elite) prior to the pool opening.  The towing company was apparently out of signs and they fulfilled the request this past weekend.  The Board was not advised of installation timing in advance. Please note this same sign, from the same company, has been posted at the Listeria Crest pool for a a little more than a year.

Winston Ridge Pool Parking

Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners, The pool parking lot is primarily to be used by/for visitors of the pool. Homeowners are allowed to have their guests temporarily park there to avoid an overabundance of vehicles being parked on the street; however, vehicles that appear to be abandoned in the pool parking lot will be towed at the owner’s expense. This includes vehicles that have not moved in over 14 days as well as vehicles that appear inoperable (flat tire, severe body damage, etc.). Towing signs are being installed. We would like to take the time to thank all of the residents that are helping to keep Winston Ridge a beautiful place to call home. In addition, there are some things in the community that could be improved. Please remember that as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s waste immediately after each occurrence.  Pet waste is unsightly and a health hazard to residents and other animals.  At no time should you allow your pet to roam freely in the community.  If at any time you witness this occurring or you notice any homeowners not cleaning up after their pet(s), please contact me immediately.  This has become a problem especially by the pool area.  If this issue continues, we will be considering the following program http://www.pooprints.com. …
