You will not be able to access the pool without a fob, so the faster you submit your form, the better. Good Afternoon Winston Ridge Homeowner, I hope this email finds you well. It has been brought to my attention that several homeowners have reported not receiving their quarterly statements that were mailed on March 5, 2025. While some did receive them, others did not. I can assure you they were mailed out as numerous homeowners have mailed their April payments in with the payment coupon portion from their statement.  I understand that not receiving the statement can cause some frustration, and so that you do not have to rely on the postal service in the future, I have a recommendation. Spring is almost here and it’s Easter time in the Ridge so get ready for our annual Easter Egg Hunt!

When: April 5th (rain date April 6th) Where: Plantation pool greenspace Start Time: 11:00 sharp….so arrive earlier Please help us make this a wonderful event again by stopping by 92 Sugarmaple and picking up some empty eggs to fill them with goodies (no chocolate please it melts when it’s hot). You can pick them up anytime now until March 31st, you can also bring your own eggs already filled. We are also looking for small donations for our Bunny Mart to help us provide even more fun prizes for the kids to trade in their empty eggs for, (small toys, treats or other fun items) these can also be dropped off and left on the porch at 92 Sugarmaple. We welcome all our wonderful Winston Ridge Neighbors to come join in the 2024 celebration fun on Sunday December 8th from 2pm till 5pm at the Plantation pool clubhouse to enjoy some cookies, hot chocolate, coffee and cheer!! You are all invited to bring your favorite cookies to share…. but don’t stress if you have lots on your plate this time of year and can’t find the time to bake we will have cookies already there, so just come and enjoy cookies provided along with the ones your neighbors brought to share. Decision on Gambling/Playing Games of Chance

Dear HOA Members, In August, during an open forum at the HOA Board meeting a number of residents brought to the Board's attention that their interest in playing games of chance for small sums in the Plantation Activity Center were being denied.  The reason for the denial being that it was against North Carolina law.  The Board determined that it would seek the opinion of its lawyer on this issue. In a timely manner Elite referred the inquiry to Jordon Price Law Firm and the Board received a two-page in-depth response which it considered at its October 15th Board meeting.  Therefore, based on case law, NC statues, and potential cancellation of liability insurance, the Board has resolved the following:  No gambling as is traditionally understood to contain three elements -…
