Dear Winston Ridge Residents,  We are writing to notify you that as of August 1st, Peter Anderson has tendered his resignation from the board in order to dedicate more time to his family.  Please keep them in your thoughts and or prayers. We are grateful to Peter for the years that he has given to Winston Ridge to make this a great community in which to live. Because Peter's seat was up for election this year,  no additional steps will be needed to fill the vacancy.  In the interim, the vice president, Wallace O'Neal, will serve as President. Dear Winston Ridge HOA Residents, After much anticipation and hard work, we are delighted to inform you that the Plantation pool meeting room is now ready for reservation. Please keep reading for more details. Since the pool's completion last July, the pool committee, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, has been diligently working to transform the vacant space into a welcoming and functional area for our community to enjoy. With your patience and support, we have achieved remarkable progress: Furnishing the room with curtains, new tables and chairs, and a small kitchenette, generously donated by one of our residents. Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners, Due to the pressing nature of several closed-session agenda items that require thorough discussion and decision-making, we find it necessary to limit the open portion of today's (1/16/2024) board meeting to 30 minutes. We understand the importance of transparency and open communication, and we remain committed to providing updates on relevant matters during the allotted time. However, in order to address the critical issues at hand, the majority of our time will be dedicated to the closed session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Winston Ridge annual meeting and pool party

This is a reminder that the Winston Ridge annual meeting and pool party will be held on Tuesday, July 15th at 6:30pm at the community pool.  The event will be catered by Cook Shack Catering.  They will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixings.  Please RSVP so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone.  You will also get a chance to meet your new management team from Elite Management Professionals, Inc. and get an update from Bobby Sumner on developments in the community.
