Annual Oktoberfest
We are getting down to the nitty gritty and fine tuning everything to make this years ‘RIDGETOBERFEST’ a day to remember! The fun begins at 1:00 PM till 6:00 PM on Saturday October 5th at the Plantation pool, (rain date Sunday October 6th same time and place). We will have bratwursts, hotdogs, and snacks but are asking everyone to bring a German dish or dessert to share, if you can’t bring a German dish or dessert please bring your favorite dish to pass. Oktoberfest & Chili Cookoff
Everyone is welcome to join the FUN. There will be a prize for the BEST Chili! Please note there are still slots open if you want to join in and show off your best chili. There will be a prize for the BEST Chili! Please feel free to contact Pat Mikolay at Pmikolay@nc.rr.com as Pat was kind enough to take the lead on this cookoff! The Social Committee will be grilling dogs and brats, so please bring a dish to share. We’ll have tents and tables set up similar to The Ridge’s May Block Party! .
