We hope you are having a great weekend so far. We wanted to reach out and let you know that the Winston Ridge HOA Board is seeking a volunteer for the community’s Architectural Review Committee. If you have a great attention to detail, are responsive via email, enjoy working with a team, and are looking for a way to serve the Winston Ridge community, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Architectural Review Committee is authorized by the community’s CC&Rs and is tasked with reviewing and rendering decisions on architectural review requests in keeping with the association’s governing documents (CC&Rs and Architectural Guidelines). Members are appointed at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and typically operate as a standalone body separate from the Board. Architectural request decisions can set legal precedents for the community, so being a thorough, detail-oriented reader/team member is a must.
