State law mandates that PUBLIC road golf cart drivers must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and beyond that local ordinances govern therefore call the police/sheriffs office to report any perceived violations. HOA has no enforcement role. Liability remains with the driver/owner.
