Pool fobs are issued to homeowners only. This is because they are linked to being current with all HOA fees. You can ask the property owner to request a fob from Elite Management for both pools (yes, two pools, two different fob systems) and once they are registered to them, they can either take possession of them and give them to you or they could direct Elite to release them to you.
