As I am sure you are already aware Hurricane Florence is forecasted to make landfall somewhere on the North Carolina Coast Thursday night. It is also forecasted that this storm will likely cause wide-spread damage, power outages and flooding in our area. Please monitor conditions in your community and report any issues, concerns or damage on common areas to management. Please remember that contractors will be dealing with a multitude of emergencies in the hours and days immediately after the storm therefore everyone's patience is and will be greatly appreciated.
