Reserve your place now for one of the CPR/AED certification classes! The cost is $35 per person.  This invaluable training starts promptly at 10am and will wrap up on or before 2pm. Please note there is a limit of 12 people per class and the classes will be held in the Plantation pool house. Towing Sign at the Plantation Pool – Updated

The HOA Board was not aware of the installation of this sign and we are looking into it. Update: The sign placed at the Plantation pool was requested by the community manager (Elite) prior to the pool opening.  The towing company was apparently out of signs and they fulfilled the request this past weekend.  The Board was not advised of installation timing in advance. Please note this same sign, from the same company, has been posted at the Listeria Crest pool for a a little more than a year.

Last Day to Sign up for Chili Cook Off October 18th

Saturday. October 21st, beginning at 4PM the Social Committee will be hosting the Chili Cook Off.  Everyone is welcome to join the FUN. There will be a prize for the BEST Chili! Please note there are still slots open if you want to join in and show off your best chili. Please RSVP by Thursday October 18th. RSVP The Social Committee will be grilling dogs and brats, so please bring a dish to share. We’ll have tents and tables set up similar to The Ridge’s May Block Party!  No beer, wine or liquor of any sort is allowed on the premises.
