As I am sure you are already aware Hurricane Florence is forecasted to make landfall somewhere on the North Carolina Coast Thursday night.  It is also forecasted that this storm will likely cause wide-spread damage, power outages and flooding in our area.  Please monitor conditions in your community and report any issues, concerns or damage on common areas to management. Please remember that contractors will be dealing with a multitude of emergencies in the hours and days immediately after the storm therefore everyone's patience is and will be greatly appreciated.  We will all be impacted and inconvenienced and will need to work together to get through the toughest times. As a reminder, the 2018 annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 28th at 6:30pm at Oak Level Christian Church (address:  2279 Cedar Creek Road, Youngsville, NC 27596).
