Now that Phase 1 - Plantation Dr. pool parking lot lights are in and shining light in the darkness. For for anyone who is wondering about illuminating the other side of the parking lot, that will be done more cost effectively by waiting for a power supply to come straight from the new street being developed (phase 2).

The final overlay paving will begin tomorrow Friday September 23rd for the following streets. Waterclover Sweetbay Park Moonflower Pickerel Crest The paving service will begin the morning of September 23rd and is estimated to be completed no later than the evening of Septmber 24th. Please refrain from parking on the above streets untill the paving service has been completed. Vehicles that are blocking the paving service from being completed will be towed at the owner's expense.
As announced at yesterday's annual homeowners meeting the pools will close for the season this year as follows; the Listeria Crest pool will close September 17th, and the Plantation pool will close on October 22nd. We expect reopen open the pools for the 2024 season on May 11th, 2024.

We've had a series of auto break-ins (perhaps by kids trying to fulfill an online dare.) The police are currently investigating. Recommendations: Lock your car nightly. Don't leave your garage door opener in your car. Put your car in your garage nightly if possible Leave your outdoor lights on at night If you walk or run in the early morning hours Be alert. If you see anything suspicious immediately call 911. Take pictures or video if possible. Don't confront. Per the reports, the assailants wear all black with hoodies pulled up. Thank you.
