Homeowner Tree Maintenance

Homeowner Tree Maintenance

community
Dear Winston Ridge Residents, We have received multiple concerns regarding over grown trees in the neighborhood that have low hanging branches impeding foot traffic on the community sidewalks. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain the trees on their property. If you have any trees with lown hanging limbs that hang over the sidewalk please trim them back so that they are not an obstacle for walkers in the community. Regards, Javan York Assistant Community Manager Elite Management Professionals, AAMC

Winston Ridge HOA Reminders

community, news
I would like to thank everyone who continues to respect and comply with the Winston Ridge governing documents, rules and regulations.  Your efforts are noticed and appreciated. During recent site visits I noted several beautiful, well maintained lawns in the community, however there were a few that could use some attention.  Please make sure that you are mowing your lawn on a regular basis, treating/removing weeds from your lawn, driveway and walkways, trimming your shrubs as needed and adding mulch to your plant beds and trees as needed.  You should not blow your lawn clippings into the streets, but should properly dispose of them. Regarding pets, please make sure that you are cleaning up pet waste immediately after each occurrence and that they are not allowed to roam freely in…
