You asked for it and the HOA Board, the Pool Committee, and these amazing neighbors have delivered! The Social Deck of the Plantation Drive pool has been washed clean of pollen and red clay dust. Your fob should now work to unlock the gates so you can hang out with friends or solo in the sunshine or under the overhang from 9am to 9pm, everyday of the year. The barrier fence to the pool is closed and locked. Do not climb over or attempt to unlock and open the gates of the barrier fence. April 27 – Plantation Poolhouse deck space clean up day – volunteers needed

The pool committee would like to invite volunteers to the Plantation Poolhouse deck next Saturday, April 27, at 10:00 for a spring cleaning of the pollen covered space and furniture. We also need to move the pool deck furniture (a few of the  round tables and arm chairs, all chaise lounge chairs and the little tables to the opposite side of the fence.  After the clean up is done, the fobs can be turned on for perpetual enjoyment!

Towing Sign at the Plantation Pool – Updated

The HOA Board was not aware of the installation of this sign and we are looking into it. Update: The sign placed at the Plantation pool was requested by the community manager (Elite) prior to the pool opening.  The towing company was apparently out of signs and they fulfilled the request this past weekend.  The Board was not advised of installation timing in advance. Please note this same sign, from the same company, has been posted at the Listeria Crest pool for a a little more than a year.

For for anyone who is wondering about illuminating the other side of the parking lot, that will be done more cost effectively by waiting for a power supply to come straight from the new street being developed (phase 2).

As announced at yesterday's annual homeowners meeting the pools will close for the season this year as follows; the Listeria Crest pool will close September 17th, and the Plantation pool will close on October 22nd. We expect reopen open the pools for the 2024 season on May 11th, 2024.

Early access is only available to residents that wish to swim laps or otherwise exercise early in the morning before leisure pool users visit the pool. The extended pool hours will be on a trial basis. If there are complaints or issues that arise, the Board may revisit the decision to open early.
