As announced at yesterday's annual homeowners meeting the pools will close for the season this year as follows; the Listeria Crest pool will close September 17th, and the Plantation pool will close on October 22nd. We expect reopen open the pools for the 2024 season on May 11th, 2024.

Early access is only available to residents that wish to swim laps or otherwise exercise early in the morning before leisure pool users visit the pool. The extended pool hours will be on a trial basis. If there are complaints or issues that arise, the Board may revisit the decision to open early. We hope all residents of the community have been able to enjoy the pool this year. We have extended the open pool schedule by 2 weeks. The last day the pool will be open is October 2nd. We at Elite along with the current Board hope you have a chance to enjoy the extended pool season.
Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners, The pool parking lot is primarily to be used by/for visitors of the pool. Homeowners are allowed to have their guests temporarily park there to avoid an overabundance of vehicles being parked on the street; however, vehicles that appear to be abandoned in the pool parking lot will be towed at the owner’s expense. This includes vehicles that have not moved in over 14 days as well as vehicles that appear inoperable (flat tire, severe body damage, etc.). Towing signs are being installed.
