We would like to take the time to thank all of the residents that are helping to keep Winston Ridge a beautiful place to call home. In addition, there are some things in the community that could be improved. Please remember that as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s waste immediately after each occurrence.  Pet waste is unsightly and a health hazard to residents and other animals.  At no time should you allow your pet to roam freely in the community.  If at any time you witness this occurring or you notice any homeowners not cleaning up after their pet(s), please contact me immediately.  This has become a problem especially by the pool area.  If this issue continues, we will be considering the following program http://www.pooprints.com. …

Winston Ridge Pool

We would like to remind all residents that the pool opens at 6:00am each morning and closes at 9:00pm each night.  Please make sure that you are not using the pool or pool area outside of these hours.  It is important to be mindful of homeowners who live near the pool.  You may enter and exit the pool area using your pool fob at the side gate.  The fob swipe pad can be found to the right of the gate on the wall.  Any guests using the Winston Ridge pool should be accompanied by a homeowner.  All homeowners are responsible for their guests.  If you have any question or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
