The HOA Board was not aware of the installation of this sign and we are looking into it. Update: The sign placed at the Plantation pool was requested by the community manager (Elite) prior to the pool opening. The towing company was apparently out of signs and they fulfilled the request this past weekend. The Board was not advised of installation timing in advance. Please note this same sign, from the same company, has been posted at the Listeria Crest pool for a a little more than a year.

CPR/AED certification classes will be starting next month. The cost is $35 per person. This invaluable training starts promptly at 10am and will wrap up on or before 2pm. Please note there is a limit of 12 per class and these CPR classes will be held in the Plantation pool house, for your convenience.
