Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners, As a reminder, your quarterly assessment of $137.50 will be charged on April 1, 2024, and is due on or before April 20, 2024. Please begin to make arrangements to send in your payments to avoid late charges being assessed to your account. Statements for the Winston Ridge community have been printed and mailed. As a reminder, the homeowners who receive statements are those with a balance due as of 4/1/2024. If a homeowner has a zero balance or a credit to their account as of 4/1/202, they will not receive a statement. If the homeowner is signed up for eStatements, ACH or at the Attorneys office for collection, they will not receive a paper statement. Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of upcoming drilling and blasting activities planned by Mungo Homes as part of the construction for the next phase of our community. While we anticipate these activities to commence within the next week or two, we currently do not have an exact date for the start of blasting. Rest assured, we are diligently working to obtain this information and will communicate it to you promptly to ensure everyone is adequately prepared. Mungo Homes has contracted East Coast Drilling to carry out the blasting operations. The Event Coordinator will: Help to recruit and organize volunteers for each event (or a single event) Work with and report back to the Board of Directors to determine the event’s needs, budget, and timeline and plan accordingly.
