We would like to take the time to thank all of the residents that are helping to keep Winston Ridge a beautiful place to call home. In addition, there are some things in the community that could be improved. Please remember that as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s waste immediately after each occurrence.  Pet waste is unsightly and a health hazard to residents and other animals.  At no time should you allow your pet to roam freely in the community.  If at any time you witness this occurring or you notice any homeowners not cleaning up after their pet(s), please contact me immediately.  This has become a problem especially by the pool area.  If this issue continues, we will be considering the following program http://www.pooprints.com. …

We would like to remind all residents that the pool opens at 6:00am each morning and closes at 9:00pm each night.  Please make sure that you are not using the pool or pool area outside of these hours.  It is important to be mindful of homeowners who live near the pool.  You may enter and exit the pool area using your pool fob at the side gate.  The fob swipe pad can be found to the right of the gate on the wall.  Any guests using the Winston Ridge pool should be accompanied by a homeowner.  All homeowners are responsible for their guests.  If you have any question or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Winston Ridge HOA Water Pump Update

The water pump that we were told was turned over to the county had a test run yesterday morning, which is why some of you experienced a brief period of increased water pressure.  Unfortunately, the pump still needs work and will not be turned over to Franklin County until everything is corrected.  I do not have a timeline for these corrections.  I am sure that Bobby will keep me updated on the progress as it occurs and I will then pass on the information. Please make sure that you are doing your part to make Winston Ridge a beautiful and safe place to call home.    Per the Winston Ridge governing documents, Article XI Use Restrictions, Section 2, item 10, Owners with dogs, cats or other household pets will be responsible for their animals and will insure that they do not make objectionable noise and are not a nuisance to other Lot owners.  The Board, in its sole discretion, may remove any household pets that cause damage or injury to the property or otherwise endangers the health of any owner.    Pets should be not be allowed to roam free in the community. Winston Ridge annual meeting and pool party

This is a reminder that the Winston Ridge annual meeting and pool party will be held on Tuesday, July 15th at 6:30pm at the community pool.  The event will be catered by Cook Shack Catering.  They will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixings.  Please RSVP so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone.  You will also get a chance to meet your new management team from Elite Management Professionals, Inc. and get an update from Bobby Sumner on developments in the community.
