Winston Ridge Pool Parking

news, pools
Dear Winston Ridge Homeowners, The pool parking lot is primarily to be used by/for visitors of the pool. Homeowners are allowed to have their guests temporarily park there to avoid an overabundance of vehicles being parked on the street; however, vehicles that appear to be abandoned in the pool parking lot will be towed at the owner’s expense. This includes vehicles that have not moved in over 14 days as well as vehicles that appear inoperable (flat tire, severe body damage, etc.). Towing signs are being installed. If you have any questions, please let us know. Winston Ridge HOA Reminders

community, news
I would like to thank everyone who continues to respect and comply with the Winston Ridge governing documents, rules and regulations.  Your efforts are noticed and appreciated. During recent site visits I noted several beautiful, well maintained lawns in the community, however there were a few that could use some attention.  Please make sure that you are mowing your lawn on a regular basis, treating/removing weeds from your lawn, driveway and walkways, trimming your shrubs as needed and adding mulch to your plant beds and trees as needed.  You should not blow your lawn clippings into the streets, but should properly dispose of them. Regarding pets, please make sure that you are cleaning up pet waste immediately after each occurrence and that they are not allowed to roam freely in…

Winston Ridge HOA

community, news
We would like to take the time to thank all of the residents that are helping to keep Winston Ridge a beautiful place to call home. In addition, there are some things in the community that could be improved. Please remember that as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s waste immediately after each occurrence.  Pet waste is unsightly and a health hazard to residents and other animals.  At no time should you allow your pet to roam freely in the community.  If at any time you witness this occurring or you notice any homeowners not cleaning up after their pet(s), please contact me immediately.  This has become a problem especially by the pool area.  If this issue continues, we will be considering the following program http://www.pooprints.com. …
