Continued reported violations against an individual or family and their guests will result in loss of pool privileges. This will be the last warning issued as we are receiving numerous complaints from community members. Please refer to the linked copy of the 2025 Winston Ridge Pool Rules that was sent out prior to the pools opening in May of this year. You will find the smoking, vaping and tobacco rule highlighted near the bottom. Good Afternoon Winston Ridge Homeowner, We hope this email finds you well. We want to let you know that we have had the Plantation pool hours violated, with costs incurred to maintain the pool after the incident. It was discovered by our CPI cameras what appears to be 3-4 teenage individuals entering and swimming in the pool after hours on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at approximately 11:30pm. We do have pictures provided by CPI and before providing them to the Sheriff's office, we would love any information the community may have. To our neighbors still enjoying a chilly fall swim season: Please pardon the recent miscommunication regarding both pools being open for an extended pool season.  Our pool contract has the extended season effective only for the Plantation Pool.  Listeria Pool has been closed for the season.   With the very light use of both pools and in particular the Listeria Crest pool, we plan on repeating this contractual arrangement in the future to be mindful of maximizing your swimming enjoyment while being efficient with the use of your HOA dues.  If overcrowding becomes a problem with the Plantation Pool during the extended season, we will, of course, revisit having two pools open for an extended season.

Good Afternoon Homeowner, In preparation of the impending weather, we want to inform you the Board of Directors has chosen to take precautions and put safety measures in place regarding the pools and clubhouse. Due to the threat of high damaging winds, the pool furniture has been stacked and properly stored to avoid causing any possible damage during the storm. Both pools and the clubhouse will be closed Thursday, August 8, and Friday, August 9, 2024.
