The Listeria Crest pool and the Plantation Drive pool will be open for the summer season this Saturday with fobs activated for both pools at 9:00am.   Please read and follow the pool rules.  A few rules have been changed to for this pool season and should be noted.  Please know that with the upwind construction going on in close proximity to the Plantation pool, red clay dust and dirt will be prominent at this pool until grass, sidewalks, and roads are installed and stabilize the construction site ground.  We are aware that it is going to be dirty and gritty during this phase of construction and throughout the entire pool season and hope you will enjoy the pool in spite of these conditions this year.  Of course, the Listeria Crest…

You asked for it and the HOA Board, the Pool Committee, and these amazing neighbors have delivered! The Social Deck of the Plantation Drive pool has been washed clean of pollen and red clay dust. Your fob should now work to unlock the gates so you can hang out with friends or solo in the sunshine or under the overhang from 9am to 9pm, everyday of the year. The barrier fence to the pool is closed and locked. Do not climb over or attempt to unlock and open the gates of the barrier fence. Please begin to make arrangements to send in your payments to avoid late charges being assessed to your account. Statements for the Winston Ridge community have been printed and mailed. As a reminder, the homeowners who receive statements are those with a balance due as of 4/1/2024. I am writing to inform you of upcoming drilling and blasting activities planned by Mungo Homes as part of the construction for the next phase of our community. While we anticipate these activities to commence within the next week or two, we currently do not have an exact date for the start of blasting. Rest assured, we are diligently working to obtain this information and will communicate it to you promptly to ensure everyone is adequately prepared.
